Kosara Complex is a new development located at the foot of the Pirin Mountain, in the upper part of the wonderful Bulgarian ski resort Bansko. The building consists of five living floors and one underground floor. There are 71 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. All the apartments include: fully-fitted kitchen, triple-glazed PVC windows, heated by aluminum electric radiators and heat and noise insulation system. There is an underground car park, laundry, fitness centre, two saunas, sports hall, coffee and cocktail bar. The complex is conveniently situated to offer easy access to external sport and leisure facilities, including hiking, fishing, canoeing, horse riding and golf. Overall management, whole-year security guard, maintenance of the common parts is foreseen. Completion date January 2008
