MAINTENANCE
Annual maintenance fee of 10 EURO per sq. m. which includes:
- Sanitary hygienic maintenance - two times a week
- 24 hours security
- Mini bus to the lift station and back
- Organizing and managing the payment of all running costs for use of the public areas and systems (electricity and water supply)
Payment scheme:
Deposit - 2000 Euro
First installment - 30% within 30 days on signing of the preliminary contract
Second installment - 30% - 3 months later
Third installment - 30% - 3 months later
Fourth installment - 10% - on signing of the notary deed
