This apartment hotel is a luxury development in the beautiful mountain resort of Bansko.
The building is situated next to the river Glazne, 2 minutes by car to the historical centre of the Bansko and 8 minutes to the Gondola ski lift.
It has 6 floors with 30 luxury studios and apartments, all of them featuring cozy living room and open plan kitchenette. All the apartments have well fitted en – suite bathrooms, plugs for cable TV, telephone and internet. Most of the apartments have beautiful mountain views of either Pirin Mountain or Rila Mountain. There are a Bulgarian tavern “Banski han” and swimming pool near to the complex. Apartment hotel offers sauna, ski wardrobe, reception for the sake of convenience of owners of apartments.
MAINTENANCE
Annual maintenance fee of 10 EURO per sq. m. which includes:
- Sanitary hygienic maintenance - two times a week
- 24 hours security
- Mini bus to the lift station and back
- Organizing and managing the payment of all running costs for use of the public areas and systems (electricity and water supply)
Payment scheme:
Deposit - 2000 Euro
First installment - 30% within 30 days on signing of the Preliminary contract
Second installment - 30% - 3 months later
Third installment - 30% - 3 months later
Fourth installment - 10% - on signing of the Notary Need
