The complex is located in the beautiful Rhodopi Mountains, close to one of the prettiest lakes in Bulgaria, to Pamporovo ski resort and the pleasant town of Smolyan. It is a unique vacation village with more than 300 luxurious apartments. The holiday village is modeled on a Swiss design, but conforms to Rhodopean architecture. It is only 500m away from the first station of the ”Smolyan lakes-Snejanka” chair lift. Around the complex the owners of apartments will be happy to use different activities such as horse racing, fishing and nature walks in this eco park. There are three restaurants, Spa centre, indoor swimming pool, traditional wine cellar night and disco clubs, pubs, etc. There are plenty of clean mountain air and excellent skiing conditions from December through till May.
