Payment plan:
To reserve a property in this development a deposit of 2000 euro is required
First payment of 30% - July, 2007.
Second payment of 30% - November, 2007.
Third payment of 30% - March, 2008.
Final payment of 10% - October, 2008.
More information: The deposit is a non refundable amount in case through customer's fault a property is cancelled and a Preliminary Contract with the Developer is not concluded. All apartments are offered absolutely furnished and equipped. The price per sq. m. doesnt include the price of the furniture.
