This summer holiday complex is located on the beach between Elenite and Sunny Beach in the spectacular calm southern bay with the romantic name Robinson and in the same time in the foot of Balkan Mountains – an exceptional combination of sea and mountain climate. The complex has all extras you can imagine – 2 restaurants, four pools: one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi, a 25 m. swimming pool, two pools for children with water attractions, three children playgrounds, a fitness club, a sauna, a tennis court/football field, a guarded parking lot.
On the territory of the complex are situated the following facilities: Two Restaurants, 4 swimming pools – one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi and one - 25 meter pool, Swimming pool for children, supermarket, Fitness club, Sauna, Children playgrounds, Tennis court-football field, Internet club, Guarded parking lot.
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
- cleaning of the apartments all year round
- repairs of the apartments
- payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./
- rent-a-car
- furnishing of the apartments
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services
- cable TV and telephone
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in the complex.
Payment schedule:
A reservation fee of 2000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
- 10 % of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after first installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after second installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after third installment
The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment
Or with the developer deferred payments:
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 5,0 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 6,7 % annual interest;
- Up to 10 years deferred payment with 7,8 % annual interest;
Use of the apartment after paid 30% of the price;
Notary act after full payment.
