It has all extras one may expect in a luxury complex – 2 restaurants, bar, cafeteria, supermarket, shops, change, safe , beauty center, medical center, internet club, fitness club, saunas, tourist agency, rent-a-car, 4 swimming pools with life guards, playgrounds for children, swimming pool with water slide, a guarded parking lot.
On the territory of the complex are situated the following facilities: 2 Restaurants, bar, 4 swimming pools with life-guards, supermarket, Shops, Fitness club, Sauna, Change, Playgrounds for children, Tennis courts - football field, Beauty centre, Medical center, Internet club, Tourist agency, Rent-a-car, Swimming pool with water slide, Guarded parking lot
Completion date – July 2007
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
- cleaning of the apartments all year round
- Repairs of the apartments
- Payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc. /
- Rent-a-car
- Furnishing of the apartments
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services
- Cable TV and telephone
- Other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in IMPERIAL Fort Club.
A reservation fee of 2000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
- 10 % of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after first installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after second installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after third installment
The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment
Or with the developer deferred payments:
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 5, 0 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 6, 7 % annual interest;
- Up to 10 years deferred payment with 7, 8 % annual interest;
Use of the apartment after paid 30% of the price;
Notary act after full payment;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the developer – clients pay no fee for that.
You pay additionally only the half (1, 5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
