The complex is situated in Sunny Beach region. The owners of apartments in this unique property will have the chance to become members of the GOLF CLUB that lies on the premises and will be able to practice their strikes and puts and improve their golf skills on the training putting green. Owners can take part in the GOLF TRAINING COURSE AND CLUB built to the global standards that the complex offers the whole year around.
The Golf Club will be located right behind this complex and only 150 meters from Nessebar Fort Golf Club and will consist of: Club-Restaurant; Driving range with 6 lanes for initial strikes; 3 fairways 120 meters each; Training putting Green with 15 holes.
The building of the complex will start June 2006, rough building and roofing is expected to be finished February 2007 and completion expected in the beginning of 2008.
A reservation fee of 2000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
- 10 % of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after first installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after second installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after third installment
The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment
Or with the developer deferred payments:
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 5, 0 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 6, 7 % annual interest;
- Up to 10 years deferred payment with 7, 8 % annual interest;
Use of the apartment after paid 30% of the price;
Notary act after full payment;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the developer – clients pay no fee for that.
You pay additionally only the half (1, 5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
