This interesting project is located right next to the lovely Aqua Park and 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach. The location of the complex is very advantageous – it is just outside the overcrowded center of the resort and at the same time on walking distance from the magnificent beaches of Sunny Beach and the exciting night life in the resort.
Restaurants with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, 6 pools for children and adults, medical and beauty centers, fitness, sauna and massage studio - all these and many other facilities will be available for owners of the apartments to enjoy their holiday.
The owners of apartments in our new complex will become members of our GOLF CLUB and can practice their strikes and pads and improve their golf skills the whole year round on the GOLF TRAINING COURSE AND CLUB
The Golf Club will be a part of the complex and will consist of:
- Club-Restaurant
- Driving range with 6 lanes for initial strikes
- 3 fairways 120 meters each
- Training putting Green
The first part of the complex consists of 7 sections A1-A2, B1-B2, C1-C2, E1, F1and F2 and has 186 apartments – 64 studios, 81 one bedroom apartments and 41 two bedroom apartments. The prices of apartments in the complex are the lowest possible for this area of Sunny Beach. The building of the complex started in March 2007, rough building and roofing is expected to be finished January 2008 and completion expected in June 2009. Here you may take advantage of our three years no interest deferred payment.
The payment schedule:
2000 EURO reservation fee within 1 week from the date of the reservation
30% of the price less the 2000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
20% is due at finishing of the roofing works;
50% is due at completion - transfer of ownership and using the apartment
