Ribaritsa is located along the two banks of the river Beli Vit; in the very heart of the Central Balkan Mountain Range - 120 km to the northeast from the capital city Sofia – 90 min drive from Sofia International Airport. The location, the stunning beauty of surrounding mountains and the unspoiled nature, as well as the absolute lack of any industry in the area make Ribaritsa a unique mountain resort. There is an exciting short ski run with a drag lift for ski lovers in winter; 3 new ski runs of up to 1000 m length are under construction in the neighborhood – 8 km away. It will not turn Ribaritsa into a high tech skiing resort, but will certainly add that extra touch for winter holidaymakers, who would not leave their ski behind over Christmas and New Year time.
Sunset Villas complex is developed on the immediate outskirts of Ribaritsa, District of Lovech, in an area of stunning natural beauty. It is built on a gentle slope offering all villa inhabitants great views of the surrounding mountains.
The complex consists of 12 two storied villas; each villa built on its own plot, ranging from 330sq m to 520sq.m; at least one parking space per villa. Abundant balcony space on the second floor adds to the charm of the houses. All villas are built with an uncompromising quality and are fully furnished.
The complex and its common infrastructure and landscaping will be fully maintained and managed after completion. There are 3 different types of villas.
