This holiday property is located on the beach between Elenite and Sunny Beach in a beautiful calm southern bay with the romantic name ”Robinson” at the foot of Balkan Mountains – an exceptional combination of coastal and mountain climates, at a distance of only 5 kms from the centre of Sunny Beach and 2 kms from the town St. Vlas. Being an Owner in the complex gives you the chance to use not only the numerous facilities in the resort, but also to take advantage of our 24 hours reception service: accommodation of your clients, collection and safe keeping of the keys, cleaning and maintaining of your apartment on demand.
It has one restaurant to satisfy all tastes, three swimming pools for adults and one with waves for children, three children playgrounds, a fitness club, a sauna, shops, a supermarket, MINI GOLF COURSE, a guarded parking lotand a very romantic pier.

A reservation fee of 2000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
- 10 % of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after first installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after second installment
- 10 % of the price with in 3 months after third installment
The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment
Or with the developer deferred payments:
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 5, 0 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 6,7 % annual interest;
- Up to 10 years deferred payment with 7,8 % annual interest;
Use of the apartment after paid 30% of the price;
Notary act after full payment.
