This residential building is in stage of construction on the territory of one of the biggest seaside resorts of Bulgaria – Sunny Beach. The building is situated at the Western section of the resort, at less than half a mile from the beach and at one of the most peaceful and quiet part of the resort. Another advantage of the position is its closeness to the Aqua park /100m/ famous with many attractions and numerous pools. The plot is 1280sq.m, providing free space for greenery and playgrounds.
The small number of flats - 15, the park area, the parking lot, the 24 security and the all year round maintenance of the site provide a feeling of comfort, domesticity and safety.
During the final arrangement of each flat in the building, we work together with each client in order to create the home of dreams. The internal arrangement of the apartments can be made according to client’s preferences.

Maintenance:
The owners of apartments pay a one-year fee of 5€ per square meter /price do not include VAT/, which is spent on:
- maintenance of the territory;
- maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;
- maintenance of the green area;
- year round security;
- electric lighting of the common territory;
- electric lighting of the common parts of the building.
