The complex is situated at the beginning of Pamporovo ski resort, just 200 meters from the new four-seat ski lift connecting the Bus station and Studenetz lodge.
It consists of four sections, connected by common staircase and elevator.
Apartments will be fully furnished to a high standard, finished with quality flooring, toilet and bathroom; heating - electrical heating with aluminum -radiators; fireplaces for alternative heating and comfort; furniture- household equipment and audio-visual equipment at client's choice.
All common areas including staircases, elevators, reception area, corridors etc. will be fully furnished.
The complex will have the following facilities: restaurant, shopping area, sauna complex, computer hall, reception area and ski wardrobe.
Finishing date June 2007
Terms of payment:
3000 € reservation fee
10%– at signing the preliminary contract
20%– after one month from signing the preliminary contract
30 % - finishing the roof
30%– at singing act 15
10%– at singing act 16 or when we transfer the apartment to the client.
