In the heart of Pirin Mountain there is a wonderful place with beauty which will take your breath away and powerful enough to carry all your troubles away. Bansko is 160 km away from Sofia, on the Glazne River at an altitude of 925 m. During the winter season the majestic peaks of Pirin, Rila and Rhodopi Mountains, reaching 2914 m, allow for long ski runs that are suitable for all winter sports enthusiasts. Throughout the rest of the year Bansko offers its visitors a perfect balance of temperature and climate - spring full of unique blossoming flora; refreshing and energizing summer and golden autumn. Two modern golf-courses, consistent with the world standards, will be built for the visitors. The town of Razlog only 6 km from Bansko and the village of Banya (4 km) offer spa centers for treatment of lung and heart diseases with thermal mineral springs.
One of the remarkable new resort sites is the luxury tourist complex “Detelina Residence”
The complex ensures the comfortable and enjoyable stay of the owners. Besides the luxury rooms, saunas and steam-bath will be built, as well as a gym and 1 restaurant, a night bar, an underground car park, and a ski locker for each apartment. The complex offers wonderful views of the mountain from all apartments and is situated right next to the road to the Gondola, away from the noise of the town. The building of the residential complex has 107 apartments in total. The apartments will be sold FULLY FURNISHED. Electricity saving radiators will be used for heating.
The building will be ready at the end of 2008.

-30% – at singing the preliminary contract
-70% – completion (usage permit – transferring the properties)
