The complex is placed at the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast in the newest part of the costal village St. Vlas, bordering on the biggest Bulgarian sea resort Sunny Beach. As a result of its central location within the beautiful bay between the ancient town of Nessebar and Cape Emine, all the holiday recourses of the so called Bulgarian Riviera are easily accessible – by shuttle bus, taxi or by feet on the new beach promenade. There are also boats going between the brand new yacht port of St. Vlas and the marinas of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Bourgas and its international airport can be reached within a 30 minute drive.
The complex lies at the foothills of the eastern tip of the Balkan mountain range and at the same time only 150 m away from the fantastic beach with a total length of 1.5 km.
Last but not least the sanitarium operating year-round made St. Vlas a preferred all-season tourist destination and thus one of the most popular property markets in Bulgaria.
The beauty designed complex comprises 122 comfortable apartments, a panorama restaurant and a terrace which covers a big part of the fourth floor and the roof and commands a magnificent view over the bay of Sunny Beach and Nessebar, a car park as well as a pool with pool bar. Besides, a reception and twenty-four-hour security are at the guest’s disposal.
The complex has three different types of apartments at its disposal – studio, one – bedroom and two – bedroom apartments.
The clients will have an option of getting a rent of 6 % in the first year after they have gained ownership over the apartments provided they buy the furniture extra. For an optimal renting of the apartments the rental management contract is bound to an exclusive furniture package developed by specialists in interior design and hotel management.
Maintenance charge
600 Euro a year for the studio apartments and 700 Euro a year for the one – bedroom and two – bedroom apartments.

Purchase of one apartment or studio:
3000 Euro Reservation fee
40 % of the purchase price on signing the Preliminary Contract
60 % of the purchase price on completion (on signing Act № 16).

Purchase of more apartments or studios:
3000 Euro Reservation fee
30 % of the purchase price on signing the Preliminary Contract
70 % of the purchase price on completion (on signing Act № 16).
