The apartments range from 65 to 88 square meters and all have a sitting room – including settee, coffee table, four chairs and dining table with an American style kitchen – including cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine, a bedroom – including two beds, wardrobe and bed side table, a fully fitted bathroom and balcony with chairs.
Apartments on the ground floor have their own private gardens. Kavatsi Sands has landscaped gardens, parking, swimming pool and 24 hour security.
